As you may have noticed, a lot of the "extended ship" items on our website are no longer available for purchase. This is intentional and a lot of these items will stay out of stock until we bring them in as quick ship items.
My partner and I started this website earlier this year with very little connections in this industry, but understood there were a lot of people who were unable to get nicotine pouches in the USA. Throughout the last six months, we have very cleverly sourced products from numerous suppliers which has allowed us to provide you all much more products than we had access to. This worked out decently well the first six months as we were able to cleverly ship out many orders and build a loyal customer base. Recently however, our order volume has increased to a point where we can no longer order the product needed from our suppliers without raising red flags. We have exhausted quite a few options and at this point, we have unfortunately had to stop selling a lot of our "extended ship items".
We knew this was always going to happen at some point, which is why we have been working quite hard behind the scenes the last six months to build up our quick ship section of our website. There are still plenty of products to purchase on our website.

While this is unfortunate and does decrease the products we are able to offer, it does allow us to focus on what we do best, which is ship out products in a quick timely manner. All of the products currently in stock are "quick ship" items and will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
It was important to us to make sure you all still had enough variety of product, which is why we have worked hard behind the scenes to get access to pretty much unlimited ZYN US & EU. We have setup a very solid relationship with a large local distro who has tons of ZYN, which we have made available to you all. It is a very solid alternative if you used to use Velo & On!

Ideally, we would love to bring in all these brands at once, but it isn't something we are capable of doing. Our end goal is to bring all of the products on our website in-house, so we can offer better pricing, quicker shipping, and overall a better customer experience. Unfortunately, we don't have the means to do this all at once and will need to scale up as this website grows! We've been working really hard behind the scenes and have a lot of awesome things on the way!
We want to thank you all for your support this year! My partner and I launched this website earlier this year with no idea what was going to happen. We could have never guessed that seven months later we would be at the point we are at today. The support from you all has been amazing. While there have been some bumps in the road, we are really proud of the work we have put in and are really excited to see where we can take things.
