Unfortunately, we are not able to accept voluntary returns for orders placed on Nic Pouches USA. We are actively working with our warehouse to receive returns and hope in the future to have this functionality available. All sales are final!
However, if you received the wrong item, it was damaged, or lost, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement or a refund.
What if I receive a damaged item or the wrong item?
If your item was damaged or you received the wrong item, we will replace the item with a make right order. Please contact our customer services right away with any issues about your order.
What if my package is lost or stuck in delivery?
Accidents happen. If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, we can deem the shipment as lost and offer a replacement order or a refund.
