It takes an average of 3-5 business days for delivery of your purchase, depending on location. All orders are mailed USPS First Class or Priority Mail for timely delivery.

Yes, all orders over $100 will automatically receive free shipping applied at checkout.

At the moment we ship to the United States ONLY. We will explore International shipping in the future as the site grows and the demand is there.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
No. Unfortunately, you cannot make any such changes once your order is placed and processed. All sales are final.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address in your account settings. Also, you can provide a different address at the time of check out. Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your shipping address.
What if I receive a damaged item or the wrong item?
If your item was damaged or you received the wrong item, we will replace the item with a make right order. Please contact our customer services right away with any issues about your order.
What if my package is lost or stuck in delivery?
Accidents happen. If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, we can deem the shipment as lost and offer a replacement order or a refund.
Returns
Nic Pouches USA DOES NOT currently offer voluntary returns on orders. All sales are final!
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept voluntary returns for orders placed on Nic Pouches USA. We are actively working with our warehouse to receive returns and hope in the future to have this functionality available. All sales are final!
However, if you received the wrong item, it was damaged, or lost, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement or a refund.
